Privacy Policy – AllMYAI
Last Updated: March 15, 2026

1. Introduction
At AllMYAI, we believe privacy is a right, not a feature. This Privacy Policy explains how Concept Dzign LLC ("AllMYAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you access or use the AllMYAI platform, website (allmyai.ai), applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

2. Who We Are
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
Concept Dzign LLC 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958 United States Email: support@allmyai.ai
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Concept Dzign LLC acts as the data controller for your personal data and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent applicable law.
Concept Dzign LLC has not designated a formal Data Protection Officer. Privacy and data protection matters are handled by our internal privacy and security team. For all privacy-related inquiries, please contact us at support@allmyai.ai.

3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services. We collect personal data from three sources: data you provide directly, data generated by your use of the Services, and data received from third parties.
3.1 Data You Provide
Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, password, and profile photo.
Payment Information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive only limited billing information such as your billing name, billing address, subscription plan, and transaction status. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
User Content. We collect the prompts, messages, files, images, audio, video, documents, and any other materials you submit to the Services ("Input"). This is the primary content you provide when interacting with our AI features.
Communications. We collect emails, support tickets, survey responses, and any other feedback or correspondence you send us.
Identity Verification. Where required for security or compliance purposes, we may collect government-issued identification or other verification information.
3.2 Data Generated by Your Use of the Services
Log Data. We automatically collect log information when you use the Services, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and the date and time of each request.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including features you use, pages you visit, session duration, click patterns, search queries within the platform, and your account preferences.
Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including device type, hardware model, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Location Information. We collect your general geographic location derived from your IP address. We collect precise location data only with your explicit permission.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 9 for full details.
API Interaction Data. If you use our API, we collect API call logs, request metadata, and usage volumes associated with your API key.
3.3 Data We Receive from Third Parties
Single Sign-On Providers. If you sign in using Google, Apple, or another SSO provider, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from that provider.
Payment Processors. We receive transaction confirmation and billing status information from our payment processors.
Analytics and Safety Partners. We may receive fraud signals, abuse detection data, and aggregated usage analytics from trusted third-party partners to help protect the security and integrity of the Services.
Publicly Available Sources. Where permitted by applicable law, we may collect publicly available information to improve our models and Services.
Business Customers. If you access the Services through an organization, that organization may provide us with information about you as part of their account setup or administration.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data
To Provide and Maintain the Services. We use your personal data to process your requests, authenticate your account, deliver AI-generated outputs, manage your subscription, and provide customer support.
To Improve and Develop the Services. We analyze usage patterns, conduct internal research, debug technical issues, develop new features, and improve the quality and safety of our AI models — subject to the limitations described in Section 10 on AI Training.
To Personalize Your Experience. We use your data to customize content, remember your preferences, and tailor the Services to how you use them.
To Communicate with You. We send service notifications, security alerts, product updates, and marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support@allmyai.ai.
To Ensure Safety and Security. We use your data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, violations of our Terms of Use, and other harmful or illegal activity.
To Comply with Legal Obligations. We process personal data as necessary to fulfill our obligations under applicable law, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, and enforce our rights.
For Business Operations. We use your data to manage billing, process payments, maintain financial records, and fulfill audit and compliance obligations.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we are required to identify a legal basis for each purpose for which we process your personal data under the GDPR.
We process your personal data on the basis of performance of a contract when doing so is necessary to provide the Services you have requested, process your payments, and manage your account.
We rely on legitimate interests to improve the Services, ensure security and prevent fraud, conduct analytics, and operate our business — where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting support@allmyai.ai.
We process personal data on the basis of legal obligation when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful government requests.
We rely on your consent for AI training using your content where applicable, sending marketing communications, placing non-essential cookies on your device, and collecting precise location data. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

6. How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances.
Service Providers and Vendors. We engage trusted third-party companies to help operate the Services, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, customer support platforms, analytics and monitoring services, identity verification providers, and email delivery services. These providers access personal data only as necessary to perform their specific services and are contractually required to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. A full description of our sub-processors is provided in Section 7 below.
Business Transfers. If Concept Dzign LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website before your personal data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties when required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of AllMYAI, our users, or the public. We will notify you of such disclosures to the extent permitted by law.
Affiliates. We may share personal data with entities under common ownership or control with Concept Dzign LLC. Any such sharing is subject to this Privacy Policy.
Business Account Administrators. If your account is associated with an organization, that organization's administrators may have access to your account activity and content in accordance with their internal policies and our agreement with them.
With Your Consent. We may share personal data with other third parties when you have provided us with explicit consent to do so.

7. Sub-Processors
We use trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help operate, secure, and deliver the Services. These providers process personal data only on our instructions and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements that require them to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Our sub-processors fall into the following categories:
Cloud infrastructure providers host and operate the servers and storage systems that power the Services.
Payment processors handle payment transactions and billing on our behalf. As noted in Section 3.1, we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Email delivery services send transactional and communication emails on our behalf.
Analytics and monitoring services help us understand how the Services are used and identify technical issues.
Customer support platforms enable us to receive and respond to user inquiries and support requests.
Identity verification providers assist us in verifying user identity where required for security or compliance purposes.
All sub-processors are selected carefully and reviewed to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards. We require each sub-processor to enter into a data processing agreement and to process personal data only for the specific purposes we have authorized.
A current list of our sub-processors is available upon request by contacting support@allmyai.ai. We may also publish an up-to-date list of sub-processors on our website for transparency. We will update this list when we add or replace sub-processors and will notify affected users where required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.
Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a verified account deletion request.
User content on the paid tier is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, unless you have opted into AI training, in which case anonymized or aggregated versions may be retained as described in Section 10.
User content on the free tier where AI training applies may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form after deletion.
Backup copies of deleted data may persist in our secure backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
Financial and billing records are retained for up to seven years as required by applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
Security and fraud logs are retained for up to three years for the purposes of fraud prevention, abuse detection, and security auditing.
Data subject to a legal hold is retained for as long as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory obligation.
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics, research, and service improvement purposes.
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at support@allmyai.ai.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the Services to function properly, including authentication, security enforcement, and session management. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
Functional cookies remember your preferences and settings across sessions, such as your language selection or display preferences.
Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with the Services so we can improve performance, diagnose issues, and develop new features.
Marketing cookies are used, where applicable and only with your consent, to deliver relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness.
You may manage or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie preference center available on our website, or through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the Services function.
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, our Services do not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals. We will revisit this position as industry standards develop.
For a full list of the specific cookies we use, their purposes, durations, and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

10. AI Training and Model Development
We are committed to full transparency about whether and how your data is used in AI model development.
Paid tier users. Your content — including your inputs and any outputs generated — is not used to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in through the Privacy section of your account settings.
Free tier users. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that your inputs may be used to help improve our AI models. This is clearly disclosed at the time of registration.
Training datasets. AI training datasets may include anonymized or aggregated user interactions where permitted by this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is removed or anonymized before being incorporated into training datasets.
Opting out. All users may opt out of AI training at any time by adjusting your preferences in the Privacy section of your account settings, or by contacting us at support@allmyai.ai. Your opt-out will be applied to future processing. It does not affect any anonymized data already incorporated into completed training runs.
What we do not do. We do not use your content to train AI models operated by unaffiliated third parties. We do not use sensitive personal data — such as health, financial, or biometric information — submitted by users as training data without explicit consent. We do not share identifiable user content with external model developers for training purposes.
For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, any use of your content for AI training will be subject to a valid legal basis under applicable data protection law. Where required, that legal basis will be your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its 2025 amendments — which now classify biometric identifiers, genetic information, and persistent identifiers as protected categories of children's personal information — we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13. We do not use personal data of children under 13 for behavioral advertising under any circumstances.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, we will delete that data promptly and terminate the associated account. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Services or provided us with personal data, please notify us immediately at support@allmyai.ai.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. Parents and guardians may contact us at support@allmyai.ai to review, request correction of, request deletion of, or restrict the processing of their child's personal data.

12. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security practices include encryption of personal data in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption, access controls and role-based permissions limiting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring, and documented incident response procedures for detecting, containing, and reporting data breaches.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law. For GDPR-reportable breaches, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where required by law, we will also notify affected users without undue delay.
Security researchers who believe they have discovered a vulnerability in our systems are encouraged to report it responsibly by contacting support@allmyai.ai with the subject line "Security Vulnerability Report." We are committed to working with good-faith researchers to investigate and address reported issues promptly.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take the protection of your personal data seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@allmyai.ai.

13. International Data Transfers
Concept Dzign LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
For transfers of personal data originating from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on legally valid transfer mechanisms. These may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or other mechanisms recognized as providing adequate protection under applicable law.
We apply the protections described in this Privacy Policy to your personal data regardless of where it is processed. To request a copy of the specific transfer safeguards applicable to your data, please contact us at support@allmyai.ai.

14. Your Privacy Rights
Your privacy rights depend on where you live. We honor all applicable rights and will respond to verified requests within 30 days of receipt, or within such extended period as permitted by applicable law, with advance notice to you.
14.1 European Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and receive information about how it is processed. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where no overriding legitimate basis for retention exists. You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on your consent. You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant legal or similarly significant effects, unless you have provided explicit consent or the processing is necessary for a contract.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — for example, your national supervisory authority within the EEA, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland.
14.2 United States Residents
If you are a resident of any US state with an enacted consumer privacy law, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Rhode Island, Florida, and others, you have the following rights under your applicable state statute.
You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect about you and how it is used and shared. You have the right to access the specific personal information we hold about you. You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the use of your personal information for targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You have the right not to receive discriminatory or retaliatory treatment for exercising any of your privacy rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
Where your state law requires it, we will also honor the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes expressly authorized under applicable law.
To submit a US privacy request, please email us at support@allmyai.ai with the subject line "US Privacy Request" and include your state of residence. We will process your request in accordance with the law applicable to your state.
14.3 How to Submit a Privacy Request
To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at support@allmyai.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and specify the type of request and your jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we do not disclose or delete data belonging to someone other than you. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days, or notify you in advance if an extension is required.
14.4 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization and may verify your identity directly before processing the request.
14.5 Appeals
If we decline to fulfill your privacy request, you may appeal our decision by emailing support@allmyai.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal," including your original request and the reason you believe our decision was incorrect. We will respond to all appeals within 45 days of receipt. If your appeal is denied, you may escalate to your applicable state attorney general, data protection authority, or other competent supervisory authority.

15. Sensitive Personal Information
We treat the following categories of personal data as sensitive and apply heightened protections to them: government-issued identification numbers, financial account information, health and medical data, biometric data such as facial recognition or fingerprint data, precise geolocation data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or gender identity, and personal data of minors.
We collect sensitive personal information only where strictly necessary for a defined purpose, with an appropriate legal basis, and with clear prior disclosure to you. We do not use sensitive personal information for profiling or targeted advertising.

16. Automated Decision-Making and AI
AllMYAI uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs in response to your inputs. In the ordinary course of using the Services, AI outputs are tools provided to assist you — they are not automated decisions made about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Where the Services are used in contexts involving consequential decisions affecting individuals — such as employment, credit, housing, insurance, or legal matters, as described in Section 11 of our Terms of Use — we require that appropriate human oversight be applied before any AI output is used to inform or support such a decision.
Under GDPR Article 22, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces significant legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. To exercise this right or to inquire about specific automated processing affecting you, please contact us at support@allmyai.ai.

17. A Note on AI Accuracy
AI-generated outputs are created automatically based on patterns in data and do not represent verified factual statements by AllMYAI. They are probabilistic in nature and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Any personal information that appears in outputs generated by the Services does not reflect verified facts and does not represent the views or representations of AllMYAI.
If you believe that AI-generated output contains inaccurate information about you, you may request correction or deletion of the underlying personal data we hold by contacting support@allmyai.ai.

18. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services not operated by AllMYAI. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Services before providing them with any personal data.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or business operations.
For material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify you by sending an email to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice within the Services. Material changes will take effect 14 days after notice is provided, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must stop using the Services before the effective date.
We maintain an archive of prior versions of this Privacy Policy, available upon request by contacting support@allmyai.ai.
